Nothing short of seeing Dead People brings chills like an address book full of duplicate entries. It was so exciting to see that Google had added address boook / contact list sync to their existing mobile calendar sync tool for the Blackberry. But as this title suggests, I have had some issues.

My Google to Blackberry Contact Sync Issues:

• Google Creates duplicate address book entries
• Google Sync creates double phone numbers
• Google Contact sync creates a duplicate email (when original email has capitol letters)

Here is the solution I have come up with:

• Delete doubles from Gmail's address book
• Reformat all email address to be lower case
