Cingular 3G Globetrotter GT MAX wireless card
I have been using this Cingular 3G Globetrotter GT MAX wireless card for one year now. I am pulling 1.6mb/280kb from my house!!!!! Antenna retracts into device for easy laptop storage. I have been using this card for some time and I still find it near perfect. The retractable antenna does have a draw back... it snaps out rather then break but if you loose it, as happened to me, it will cost you $75 to replace. I travel a lot and I would say that I can get a good reception about 95% of the time. There have only been a few times when I couldn't get a connection but then most of those times I was inside of a large building.

This thing runs on almost any network worldwide:
- WCDMA/UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz (up to 1.8 Mbps)
- E-GPRS/GPRS/GSM - 850/900/1800/1900 MHz (up to 247 kbps)
So even though it is from Cingular (GSM) it runs on the faster WCDMA networks
