Google CADIE Project released for April's Fools Day
Good morning to you too Google. You had me for just a second with your timely midnight release of the CADIE project. At least it was fairly obvious and I didn't have to read 1500 words to get the joke. Of course this late of night and I am fairly easy to fool.
I am enjoying how the April's Fool Joke has expanded. This project is more then just a landing page. There is the CADIE Chrome project that enables 3D viewing. Gmail now has an AutoPilot feature to make quick work of a full inbox. CADIE has now "compiled a list of locations around the world that are pleasing to visit" in CADIE Maps.
There are now CADIE Docs projects and CADIE has made suggestions for your book search too.
CADIE has now entered into the Google Code Search Project...
The About Intelligence blog points out that Google could be attempting to mock the Wolfram Alpha search engine AI project. I find that quite interesting and very funny.

The Panda page on YouTube cleared it up pretty fast. Thankfully its not on the Google Mobile Search page... I doubt it would be as funny if you spent the time trying to read it on a Blackberry.
Google has played April's Fool more then once in the past:
